Natsu's whole thing is his emotions.
This also plays into Fairy Tail's power system that everyone shits on.
The whole Friendship is Magic thing in this anime is why everyone hates it. Even though it's explained that love, friendship and comradery makes their magic stronger. Literally Natsu's flames are called the flames of emotion sometimes? Because when he's pissed off, they get hotter and bigger.
But it's only when the concept of love and friendship helps their magic is it shit. Everyone loves when Natsu is pissed because he turns into fucking Goku.
Spoiler alert: not all shounen are the same.
Also fun fact: I hate DBZ out of spite for the fandom, I've never seen it and I refuse to because of the assholes who compare it with literally everything. "GoKu CoUlD BeAt--", shut up. Watch the fucking show. If you don't like anything but DBZ, don't shit on other shows.

Okay, there is an artist in my fyp who draw the most stunning piece of art I see, but... But... It is NOT the character they tag (I always confuse him for a character for another fandom) and also THEY TAGS THE SHIPS IN A FANART WITH ONLY A CHARACTER WHY. WHY. WHY.
It hurts my soul because 1) This is the most NO character you can draw (think about for example Coriolanus Snow with black hair and black eyes. Cool but not Snow and also if you want to make another step think about drawing the facial features of Coriolanus Snow with all the Sejanus palette - because that's what this artist is doing and in fact you can confuse character A with character B within the same fandom) also 2) I hate all the ships they tagged 😭😭😭😭
I don't want to tag or reblog the art because I know I can not critique their art (also because the art IS stunning like the drawing are so perfect) but I just have to let my frustration out somewhere...
