okay guys so i was researching some stranger things epsisodes for the stranger saturdays votes, and i was looking at the fandom wiki for episode synopsis's, and while i was reading them GUESS. FUCKING. WHAT.
I dont know if im being biased, but while reading, I noticed that all of the byler scenes were disregarded, barely written about, or completely absent. Like the Rink-O'-Mania fight scene, it litteraly doesn't mention it at all, it only says that Will was worried about El lying to mike.
Also, i was looking at the episode with the rain fight, and thats practically disregarded too. They go in medium depth with everything else, but only add a picture of mike and will fighting, with the caption "mike and will fight" nothing more.
like damn, I knew they were like this, but like thats litteraly the show? Like its canon? Those scenes were written into the show, how can you completely disregard their existence? (unless its too much proof for them..)
I think this says a lot about anti-bylers, (a lot of which we already know), but they know. Milkvans know that byler makes sense, they know the proof is there, they see and understand the tension and dynamics, but they hide it. Theyre genuinley scared of our "deluded theories" being true.
They hide behind a facade of "just not seeing it" or "you guys are delusional!" but really... they're the ones constantly second guessing themselves. Of course its not true for all milkvans, but i think that most die-hard milevens realize this themselves.
