What’s a phrase you absolutely hate hearing? I despise “a gentle reminder.” It’s just so bad.

“A gentle reminder” is no fun.

“We need to talk” is bad because my brain spirals so bad so fast I almost always have a panic attack.

And if we’re talking irl like during a conversation/argument/etc. “Calm down” is the absolute worse and has led to me breaking my hand more than once from punching walls and a locker, and a brick chimney.
