Have you tried playing BG3 on both controller and Mouse and Keyboard? It supports both if you weren't aware, that might help with your hands. As for the DnD systems, there are several mods that help alleviate some of the more random elements of it that are easy to install.

And I have to share a modlist with someone else for later (multiplayer once weve played through and I e actually bought the game) that does know systems. So my only option is get good lol

I have already run a successful simulation together with @warpcorewarrior`s suggestion for fields enhancement and once we get 35.3g of the mentioned element (that is presented on planet we will pass in 2.43 days) we can implement these improvements and thus save 11.68% of the time (1224,2967 days based on today`s calculation).
