[ lean ] aster inviting king to lean into their side while they’re sitting or laying together .
“Hey, sleepyhead, I have a perfectly good shoulder right here instead of you doubling over yourself.” Aster teased, reaching over to coax King’s head into the crook of his shoulder, allowing his arm to wrap his arm around the other. “Now don’t complain, if you won’t go home this is what you get. It’s just a good job we got hurt on the same side so they’ll never bump into each other.”

The gamble was as quiet as Aster had ever seen it, with one lone drinker sitting at the bar. It was a good job he always drank in the same place. “Hey.” Aster called out to King, coming up from behind to rest a hand on his shoulder. But when his friend looked up, Aster immediately recognised the redness of his eyes and without hesitation wrapped his arms around the older man. “Hey, hey you’re okay. You’re alright, King. I’m here. I’ve got you.” Aster said, in as soft a voice as he could, planting a kiss on the side of King’s head.
