At @nerdstronggym (still not cleared for any weight training for at least another 2 weeks) last night, Coach @corrinpiercefitness mentioned a lost & found box, "Kevin, I think you have a couple of things in there". I go to look, and there are my two old WOD books, I guess the last ones in the building. My first when it as still Nrdfit, and then Big Blue. It'll be my 4th anniversary next week of finding this amazing place because of a chance meeting with @kimapult at @galaxyofcomics . Where has the time gone. It was the place I needed in my life at a very trying and depressed time, and still as important to me today. Its a community of like minded amazing multi-gendered geeks/nerds people who share nothing but support, love, care, concern, all with a sprinkle of sass.
