❛ amplify . turn up the music in the car . (sam)
"I want to hold you close...
Skin pressed against me tight,
Lie still, and close your eyes, girl -"
Lucifer's voice was smooth, reaching Sam's ear from the back seat of the Impala. The tone going on and mixing with the contrasting rhythm that Led Zeppelin carried his lyrics with. He did his best to try and focus on Dean's music rather than the Devil in the back, teasing and planting uncomfortable ideas in his head. Sam closed his eyes and exhaled, leaning his head back against the seat.
"So lovely, it feels so right."
He tried to swallow subtly, bringing a thumb and an index finger to his inner thigh as he pinched the muscle through the jeans. Sam made the motion casual by rubbing his thumb over the spot afterwards. Like he just got itchy, the seam of his jeans was rubbing against the spot with the vibrations of the car. Nothing about it felt right. He had to sneak another pinch in.
"I want to hold you close,
Soft breasts, beating heart,"
Sam rolled his neck slightly, opening his eyes to glance in the side mirror at Lucifer's smirking face in the back. He swallowed again, feeling the discomfort in his belly spreading into a heat that caused him to feel sick. Somehow, the fact Lucifer sang well rather than falsely, made the whole ordeal worse. If he was a shit singer maybe at least then it would be harder to take him seriously. But each word passing those rough lips made bile rise in the back of his throat. The genuine neediness mixing with the wrongness, the guilt, the shame.
"As I whisper in your ear..."
Lucifer leaned forward between the two front seats, invisible to one, but all too real for the other. Sam nuzzled the back of his head further into the seat, his palm rubbing down his own thigh as the sense of dread crept through him and tugged at something inside. The archangel's voice dropped, becoming dangerously low. His upper lip just barely brushed against the fuzzy hairs on the shell of Sam's ear the words purred out as both a threat and a promise.
"I want to tear you fucking apart."
Sam's eyes glazed over for a brief moment, his mind a foggy, damp haze of fear, disgust and desire. His body beckoning him to turn his head and press his lips against the one it perceived to be his owner. The air in the Impala had gotten too thick and difficult to inhaled with his nose, Sam gulping the air with his mouth in a couple rushed gasps as his arm shot out and turned Dean's music up, to deafen not only Lucifer's singing but hopefully permanently damage his own ears.
