Snow Queen AU: Tadashi's color and Snow King powers temporarily emerged when Cass was unconscious due to the Snow Queen's hatedom. Along with Abigail, they protected the castle with their ice powers. Tadashi managed to calm everyone and send them back. When all was said and done. The Ice like features vanish from both persons. Tho they still have the abilities but they can feel the heat now.

They’re understudies for her :P

But that makes sense. If something were to happen to Aunt Cass before she could find someone to pass on her powers to, they have to go somewhere, and it makes perfect sense to go back to the previous bearer. Except as we’ve already established, Tadashi isn’t quite suitable for the powers, so Abigail gets a portion of them too.

At first, they’re both panicking (separately, because it’s doubtful they’d be anywhere near each other at this point), because what does this mean? Did Aunt Cass send the powers back? Is she dead? What’s happening? And it’s not like there’s anyone to ask, the former Queen before Abigail is long gone, dying as soon as the powers were transferred because of her advanced age. They are completely flying blind. But both of them at the same time realize that they’re not going to figure out what’s going on until they go see Aunt Cass, and so off they go. Hiro ends up coming too, because if something’s wrong with Aunt Cass, he needs to know dangit!

Abigail ends up meeting the brothers on the road, and after mutual freaking out, they realize that neither of them knows what’s going on and they both had the same idea, so they continue on to the ice castle. When they get there they find Aunt Cass injured and weak. Someone had tried to assassinate her, believing her to be evil like all the Snow Queens before her, but she’d managed to fight them off. She’d been left horribly weakened though, thus the powers temporarily transferring back to Abi and Tadashi.

Aunt Cass tells them that the assassin had sworn there would be more coming, and then she slips into a healing trance. Tadashi and Abigail speak briefly and agree, they are NOT leaving while Aunt Cass is in danger. The two of them set to working together to strengthen the castle’s fortifications, because their powers are halved when split between them and so they need to work together.

Meanwhile, Hiro has been left alone to ‘guard’ Aunt Cass, which was their first mistake. Never leave Hiro alone. Especially when his family is in danger. And he has access to tools.

While Abigail and Tadashi are working on making the Castle’s walls stronger, Hiro is setting up booby traps that would make the kid from the Home Alone movie weep >:)

Snow Queen AU: Due to the Ice Powers Abigail and Tadashi once wielded. They sort of stopped aging for 20 years. So there was a time that Tadashi and Hiro were mistaken as twins even though they're not.

They also have some residual Snow Royalty features, which means that Abigail and Tadashi are occasionally mistaken for relatives. And although the powers have left them, there’s still some stuff that seems to stick with them. For example, neither of them seem to mind the cold so much anymore. They can always tell when it’s about to snow, and they’re both always pale and cold, no matter how much time they spend in the sun.

Snow Queen AU: After just mere weeks of Tadashi being the Snow King. Blizzards were stronger than before. People freezing to death once outside. The blizzard lets up when either of the team, Hiro or Cass was outside. But the Ice powers don't really settle for Male bodies. And Tadashi needs to find a replacement fast. Three days later Cass goes missing and Tadashi is found near a really warm lake, free of the Ice powers he once had.

OH MY GOD NOOOOOOOO

I mean, yes that is EXACTLY what would happen because Aunt Cass loves her boys and would do anything for them, but noooooo the angst.

Traditionally the Snow Queen’s powers are transferred when the previous Queen kidnaps a maiden and forces her to take them, but there is nothing traditional about this situation. There’s a King involved, and it’s not a maiden accepting the powers, there’s no glass shards, and she’s not being forced she came willingly. These changes are so drastic that they actually change the nature of the Snow Queen magic itself when it becomes a part of Aunt Cass. Her love for her boys is so strong, her heart doesn’t freeze with them, but keeps her warm inside, despite the icy castle around her.

While Aunt Cass can’t come home anymore because either she’ll melt or she’ll freeze everything, that doesn’t stop Hiro and Tadashi from coming up to visit her. They go up in the height of summer, when the ice castle is the warmest, bundled up in the warmest clothes they can find, and they stay as long as they can before their noses go numb. It becomes a yearly tradition that they always look forward to, because they can fill her in on how life is going, what she’s missing back in the regular world. Tadashi moans about having to raise Hiro on his own now, even though they all know that the nerd herd have all but moved in to help out. Hiro just rolls his eyes and sticks out his tongue.

And years later, a young lady with familiar brown eyes and messy black hair arrives at the ice castle, wide-eyed and excited. She announces that she’s here to become Snow Queen, so that Aunt Cass can return home.

Aunt Cass smiles so widely at her little grand-niece that the ice on her face cracks, and gladly welcomes her into the castle with open arms.

Legit Snow Queen AU in which Tadashi gets the glass shard and Hiro must save him with the help of friends. Callaghan aids as well, having lost his daughter to the Queen. In truth Abigail was forced to replace the previous snow queen back when she

was captured and is now trying to make Tadashi HER replacement.

Geez, that’s dark. I LOVE IT.

What if by the time they reach Abigail, who’s got Tadashi pretty much completely in her thrall, and he’s seconds away from becoming her replacement. And Callaghan realizes that he must save his daughter, but he refuses to let Tadashi take her place, so he tries to jump in and let the transformation/freezing spell hit him instead.

...and he misses. There’s a blast of icy cold air, magic flying around the room, and when the snow settles there’s Tadashi with skin so pale he looks dead, ice creeping across his skin in frost patterns, his clothes now transformed into the robes of a royal. The glass shards have completely been absorbed into his eyes so now they are like looking glasses themselves.

Callaghan is torn between guilt and joy, because Tadashi has been lost, but at least he finally has his daughter back. He clutches her close as she shivers against him, finally warm again for the first time in years.

Wasabi is forced to drag Hiro physically from the ice palace as he screams for his brother, but it’s no use. Tadashi is the Snow King now, with a heart as frozen as ice, and he cannot hear his brother’s pleas. They must leave in defeat, their only hope that one day Tadashi will find yet another replacement to accept the Snow Queen’s power, which will finally free him from the spell...

Frozen AU

Tadashi’s the Ice Prince and Hiro’s the Pyromaniac Prince. Both were locked up for the safety of their constituents. The Emperor and the Empress died so naturally, Tadashi becomes the Emperor. He becomes the ruthless Emperor that everyone understands, because everyone knew of his situation. Hiro is the rebellious little shit.

But when they were outside the throne room, the Hamada brothers become as childish as three year olds. Playing with snow and fire. If something caught fire. Tadashi’s there to extinguish it.

Then came a time Queen Elsa and her sister Princess Anna visit. Thinking of the worst, Tadashi battles for the throne, for his throne and Elsa’s there confused, he was just there to visit the scenery and maybe make some alliances.

(I’m...a bit confused? So if Tadashi’s ruthless, that means he’s the badguy in this AU, right? I mean he does kind of attack Elsa out of nowhere

Can’t blame Elsa for being confused, but if she’s up against Tadashi, someone who’s been using his ice powers freely since childhood, and Hiro who controls FIRE, I think she’s in a fair bit of trouble)
