Awakening❄️
This is an edit of my winter girl awakening her powers as the Snow Queen, drawn last year for an art collab. Since she starts out as an ordinary girl without innate magical abilities, her journey is also about self-acceptance- learning to appreciate what she has become that she did not ask for. As she regains her memories and learns to embrace herself more, she becomes more “alive” in a sense.
I didn’t do an extensive edit but mainly just focused on the colors. Tbh it feels so awkward to see how different my artstyle looks, but I did try to make the edit as natural as possible😂 Please swipe to see a “dark mode” version with more color contrast! Ice diamond was called Frost diamond, but he didn't like his old appearance, changing his gender, name and appearance, ice is arrogant, but that's a joke, he is very affectionate and kind, he has a crush on smoky which he keeps secret, his powers are basically ice, he can do whatever he wants with ice.

Its winter here already which means its time to draw Bonehill feeling cool and powerful!! This is a redraw of a 2019 piece I made thats well overdue for a reimagining. The old piece is still cool and has its own special vibe for it, but it was especially fun to rethink how Bonehill would present himself nowadays since this piece came out before I started the comic, and now the comics been going for over 2 years and shit has changed. Mainly his eyebrows. Good god. Why were they small. I can't see them.
