Practicing backwards crossovers!
Just a note.. you can't preform this maneuver while looking at your feet- if you try to look at your feet you'll be top-heavy and you'll topple forward!
Your shoulders should be centered over your hips/knees. It starts out as a backwards half swizzle pump on one foot that goes a bit too far- causing your legs to cross. Then you pick up your foot in the back and lift it back out.
These are actually easier to do than forwards crossovers in my opinion because in forwards crossovers you have to pick your feet up twice where in these you only have to once! :)
