L’atmosphère de la vieille bibliothèque d'une grande demeure, ou l'on y fumait la pipe et lisait à la lueur d'une bougie. Les dix milles livres recouvrent les murs du sol au plafond, de tous les genres, et triés par catégories : arts, politique, cuisine, littérature allemande ... je choisis toujours les deux fauteuils près du rayon histoire de l'art, même si l'affluence empêche de feuilleter un livre pour accompagner son thé glacé maison. C'est peut être là le seul défaut de ce café (si il faut vraiment en trouver un). Et le fait qu'il n'y a pas de crème avec les scones ! (Mais je suis peut être un peu trop pointilleuse)
The atmosphere of a large house's library, where pipe was smoked and books read by candlelight. Ten thousand books cover the walls, from floor to ceiling. Of all genres, sorted by category : arts, politics, cooking, German literature ... I keep choosing the two armchairs near the history of art shelves. Even if the turnout forbide to leaf through a book while drinking an home-made ice-tea. It is maybe the only failing of this coffee shop (if we really need to find one). And the fact that cream is missing with the scones too ! (But I am probably a bite picky)
