I also had a lot of leftover barley from making the soup, so I made a sweet dish to use it. Mixed it with blueberry jam, frozen blueberries, and a “bit” of butter. Not bad lol

Gotta say making quick and easy jam is the most relaxing thing ever. Baking comes in a close second but something about watching those fruits disintegrate and bubble is sooooo satisfying.
