Stupid rapid from the floor. Should’ve been sent here during day shift. Now she’s all jacked and I don’t have the resources days does. Septic. Probably had a CVA. Hypotensive. Tachycardic. Obtunded. Fun times.

I extubated a guy today and as soon as the tube was out he asked me if I would have his babies. Like boy I will shove this tube back down your throat
