Let's build a fort. Guardianofbelief + Icy--Jack
icy—jack asked: “Chyeah, I was thinking I’d send out a snow day so you can build a snow man.” he chuckled some.
guardianofbelief said: He jumped up at once “Awesome! Let me get my gloves and we can make a snow fort too!”
icy—jack said: “Well alright! Come outside when you’re done. You’ll be surprised I promise.”
Pulling on his snowgear Jamie made for the door He just couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen.”Ok what’s this surprise?”
While Jamie was out, he had the snow brew within the small gusts of wind and cover the ground with more snow—the sticky kind that was perfect for forming snow balls and building forts. When he came outside, Jack turned himself. “Think this is enough?”
guardianofbelief:
“Whoa!” Suitably impressed Jamie bounded down the steps into the biggest pile of snow he’d seen in ages. Scooping up a handful he rolled it slowly in his bright red gloves. “Awesome” He breathed nodding his assent. “Yeah”
“Cool, glad you’re impressed.” He liked seeing Jamie with that expression, it made Jack feel warm inside—like he’d done something good, which he had indeed. Clapping his hands, he ran ahead. “Alright, lets go make a fort!”
Jamie scrambled along after his friend grinning from ear to ear. This was going to be the best snow day ever! First the fort and then the snowmen, setting to work on the foundations for the wall he smiled at Jack. There were advantages to befriending the Winter Guardian, but all he cared about was the fact his friend had come to play in the snow.
