What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?

“ Physical activity is my usual. Training. Running. Movement, generally, is preferable. In my experience, insomnia generally stems from having too much on the mind, and clearing those thoughts can help. Let your thoughts be actions until you aren’t thinking at all, just moving. ”
