SHE’D BEEN WAITING for this day to come ----waiting for the moment she’d have to face the proverbial music. actions have consequences, and while she truly believed she’d done what she had for the right reasons, it didn’t mean there weren’t sharks in the water coming for her BLOOD. 

it was all out there ------more information than most could even fathom had been gathered over the years. a good chunk of it as a result of natasha’s own skills and contacts. and now it had been released to the world, and it was only a matter of time before her past came back to bite her as a result.

she’d just assumed it would’ve caught up to her sooner.

        ‘ i was wondering when you’d find me. ’

words rooted in nonchalance as she didn’t even turn to greet her intruder with a glance. the other woman had made no attempt to hide her approach, and while they may have been cut from the same cloth ----natasha wasn’t afraid. but two spiders could not exist peacefully within the same web, and there was only one explanation for her presence.

          ‘ did they send you, or did you decide on your own to kill me ? ’

Look at her Mara, look how cute she is. She deserves a cookie, right? Her grin widens at her mother as tiny arms wrap around the jedi’s waist and she buries her face in her mother’s abdomen. “Mommy I’m hungry.”

Landing with a grunt, Rey lifts herself up off the ground after only a moment, knowing everything Mara was doing would only help her in the future no matter how much it hurt in the present. “Harder than I was expecting,” she grumbled.
