We weren’t talking about J/D, we were talking about jonsa and their “foreshadowing” and you surrendered immediately after the jonnel fiasco… there really is nothing you can argue with ☹️
Um, no? I pointed out however you want to paint it, there simply is no stronger foreshadowing for any romantic relationships in the entire series and any other interpretation attempts are embarrassing in how hard they're trying to save face while failing to actually provide a hard counter. (One of you fools tried to use them as Jokerys foreshadowing, by the way. Because it's avuncular, despite it being half-avuncular actually (genetically the same degree as Jon and Sansa) while the girl is literally called Sansa Stark. The author abandoned all subtlety and still, reading comprehension at an all time low. So which is more likely? A girl named Sansa Stark pointing towards a Dæny or a Sansa Stark???)
Also you were the one who started talking about J/D when you said they were the romantic endgame, and I told you anything you guys usually cite as foreshadowing is completely wrong or overwhelmingly negative (whereas with Jonnel and Sansa you can't interpret it as something else unless you're going "La, la, la" and clapping your hands over both ears and eyes), so no matter what happens they're doomed, and even if I didn't think Jonsa was endgame I'd prefer it over Jokerys - since again, you came into my inbox unsolicited calling them a crackship compared to "main romance J/D".
Besides, I was waiting for this? I said something when I answered ask 2, it was your turn to answer me, and you only just did. I didn't surrender anything except some minutes of my time right now to deal with you.
Just give the Jonsa compendiumby blindestspot a read-through if the most obvious foreshadowing somehow fails to convince you. From Ashford to Girl in Grey and later reveals about the Pact of Ice and Fire (which post-date the Compendium by years as F&B released in 2018, and no. It's not about J/D. Rhae//Lya? I guess. But only partly. Remember, the Targ Princess should have been a cousin to the Starks fostered at Winterfell, something that of 3 possible Targs is only applicable to Jon, and if you try hanging up on the gender, the Stark heir to Cregan was called Rickon. Do you think Dæny will marry Rickon?! No, you don't.), it isn't even about the separate - while very much damning in their own right - pieces of evidence, but the sheer variance and frequency of it. Forest for the trees, you know.
Anyhow, if strictly discussing the books, the true crackship is Jokerys. Considering neither seem aware the other even exists at this point in time, as opposed to have-known-each-other-since-Sansa-was-born Jon and Sansa.
