Out of context scenario:

I can't help but imagine Brain goes around the castle, dresses up like a colorful turkey (from one of the blind orphans' costumes from their play a week ago prior), making rooster noises, having no clue what an actual turkey sounds like, while Eva couldn't help but giggle in amusement.

With Igor and Scamper, on the other hand, clearly, they tried to explain to Brain that a turkey does not say 'Cock a doodle doo!' That's a rooster, and an actual turkey sounds completely different (he still doesn't get it and continues to make rooster noises anyway). They wouldn't want to see nor hear their friend being so loud and crazy on their first Thanksgiving, neither. Plus, they're going to need another round of coffee to go through the day, lol.
