Here I go again!! Went out for a run this morning. It’s never been this hard before. I’ve trained for half marathons and mud runs and I have never struggled like I did this year. In December I turn 38. Maybe it’s my age or maybe it’s my mind. Either way I am not going to let it get the best of me. I am back on track now and Ive got a goal to ride to the coast with a group of friends early next year. Pretty sure this is what was missing. My big goal.
