:O thank u!!! i actually have like. very little set in stone & am terrible at writing stuff down so im sure there’s more ive forgotten but.

chance-5 is my warlock and they r baby baby new light (i started playing in january & i just think its a fun idea to have them also be baby) like resurrected after the red war, and doesnt Get the whole deal with fighting eliksni theyre just dudes trying to survive! the “shark infested waters - they LIVE there!!!” meme but w/ eliksni in caves.

i like 2 think they spent a lot of time making peace overtures to eliksni in the quieter corners of the edz, titan, & the tangled shore, like that campsite in the top plains area that i always try to run thru without shooting anyone in the tangled shore. i feel like all of those areas have some larger “worse” enemy that it would make sense to team up w fallen against, and then why not have a temporary ceasefire extend to fwienship? why fight eliksni when u can hold hands,,, and maybe even kiss. they will get an eliksni gf at some point. when i have actually read enough lore and am not just vibing.

also theres gotta be exo mouthparts u can put on to be able to speak eliksni correctly, whats the point of being a robot if u dont augment urself.

i think i will come up w more lore once i have read all the beyond light lore bc i LOVE the portal vibes of the labs so far and also i think them finding out pre-resurrection backstory is cool and also angsty.

special bonus OC fact is that while chance is my only character atm bc i am new to not just d2 but also fps games in general, but when i make my hunter they are going to be an awoken from somewhere in the reef that looks like the most pacific coast looking areas of the dreaming city bc it makes me homesick. & they idolize petra (maybe got saved by her and her corsairs from the consequences of doing something stupid as a kid?) & wanted to be a corsair when they grew up.

it's not that I'm a horrible housekeeper, it's that I live in a row of buildings over 130 yrs old that include restaurants. they all connect, it's mice heaven tbh it could be worse, like rats or raccoons but just mice I do hear horrible things in the walls and coming through the floors but that's actually hallucinations which is comforting. it took a cat to figure that out tho. La atención médica especializada en Escuintla dará un paso importante con la puesta en funcionamiento de 17 nuevas clínicas en el Hospital del Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social (IGSS), una ampliación que permitirá fortalecer la consulta externa y beneficiar a más de 405 mil afiliados y derechohabientes del departamento. La nueva infraestructura forma parte del proceso de modernización que desarrolla la institución para ampliar la cobertura de los servicios y ofrecer mejores condiciones tanto a los pacientes como al personal de salud. Entre las áreas habilitadas se encuentran Medicina Interna, Cirugía, Ginecología, Oncología, Ortopedia y Traumatología, Psiquiatría, Obstetricia, Ultrasonido Obstétrico y Clínica de Curaciones, entre otras especialidades. Según autoridades del IGSS, el proyecto también incorpora mejoras tecnológicas y la optimización de procesos para reducir tiempos de atención y hacer más eficiente el funcionamiento del hospital. Esta intervención forma parte de un plan institucional que ya suma más de 44 proyectos de modernización en diferentes unidades de la red hospitalaria. La tercera fase de modernización incluyó la habilitación de clínicas totalmente equipadas, la climatización de nuevas áreas y la actualización del sistema de Unidosis. El Hospital de Escuintla atiende diariamente a más de 600 personas en consulta externa, por lo que estas mejoras buscan responder al crecimiento de la demanda de servicios especializados. Como parte de la renovación también fue presentado el primer Centro de Operaciones Institucional del hospital, desde donde se supervisarán en tiempo real los servicios esenciales para fortalecer la gestión hospitalaria y mejorar la capacidad de respuesta. La modernización del Hospital de Escuintla representa una inversión en infraestructura, tecnología y organización de los servicios, con el objetivo de acercar una atención más eficiente y de mayor calidad a la población asegurada del sur del país.

El Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social (IGSS) informó sobre una serie de allanamientos realizados en las instalaciones del Hospital General Juan José Arévalo Bermejo, ubicado en la zona 6 capitalina, como parte de investigaciones derivadas de una denuncia presentada por la propia administración del centro asistencial. De acuerdo con el comunicado oficial, las acciones surgieron luego de detectar discrepancias en registros durante procesos de conteo y confrontación de consolidados relacionados con medicamentos controlados. Ante esta situación, la institución activó de manera inmediata los protocolos internos correspondientes. El IGSS detalló que entre las medidas implementadas se encuentra el requerimiento de auditoría interna y el seguimiento administrativo necesario para esclarecer los hechos y establecer posibles responsabilidades conforme a la ley. Además, indicó que mantiene colaboración total con las diligencias impulsadas por las autoridades competentes. La denuncia fue interpuesta ante el Ministerio Público el pasado 23 de abril de 2026, fecha desde la cual se iniciaron las investigaciones y procedimientos institucionales. Según el comunicado, las autoridades del hospital y del seguro social han brindado acompañamiento a las acciones presenciales efectuadas en el marco del proceso. La institución reiteró que mantiene una política de “cero tolerancia” ante cualquier situación que pueda afectar la confianza de sus afiliados, pensionados, beneficiarios y de la población guatemalteca. Asimismo, subrayó su compromiso con la transparencia, la responsabilidad y el fortalecimiento de los mecanismos de control interno. El IGSS aseguró que continuará informando oportunamente sobre los avances relacionados con este caso, respetando el debido proceso y priorizando el interés de la ciudadanía. El hecho ha generado atención pública debido a la importancia del resguardo y control de medicamentos dentro del sistema de salud nacional.
