The real world sucks

take me back, academia. 

The teachers at the school I work at tried to pull a power play and....I had to hold my own against the principal. Which SUCKED. And a teacher who had been shit-talking me. Which also sucked. 

The principal wanted me to be in a class where I'm not allowed to teach the students, then got mad at me for not going to it. What did she want me to do, sit there?? Instead I actually taught other students who I am legally allowed to work with and who can benefit from me being there. It's not that I'm just slacking off, it's that I'm not able to work with those kids! 

Then my boss got called in and my schedule switched, and now no one's happy, except for the teacher who started this nonsense in the first place.

Alcohol is my only friend. I'd rather be an alcoholic then feel like this anymore. I can't do it anymore. I'm broke and it's never going to be okay again.

So the only logical thing left for me to do tonight after that episode is lay down in my bed, curl in a ball and cry myself to sleep....and then hopefully I'll be out of tears for the emotional wreck I'll be next Tuesday!
