practice these methods over and over until it’s second nature,

in today's world, we often forget how lucky and unbelievable privileged we are and all the good we already have —

♡ remember how LUCKY you are to just have an iPhone / smart phone, the privilege it is to have nothing to do but scroll for hours....

♡ remember how lucky we are to have an over abundance of food —

SO MUCH - we fear it, we have a hard time say no.

♡ remember how lucky we are to have a car, or transportation, or two feet to take us somewhere, and better yet, say “thank you” for ALL the times we reach our destinations in peace and safety, because someone, somewhere wasn’t as lucky as you.

♡ say “thank you” to your bed, to the walls that protect you, waking up, even our problems — in the modern world, it might seem like our problems are overwhelming but are so blinded by FAKE issues we forget that we actually live with so much ease and convenience.

don’t feel good? don’t feel it? GO FIND IT.

♡ in the moments you struggle to find the good, go out and see the real pain, go talk to people who are really struggling —

the animals, the ill, the children… see your problems are so small.
