3. What’s something you like about how you write?
( honestly? the continuity of it. i don't like splitting ideas much, and that kind of reflects in my style. my sentences can be really long and my ideas can kind of drag on, but i personally really enjoy how it reads. )
10. What’s the hardest thing for you to write?
( something i've lost connection to, honestly, be it a character or a setting or a relationship. you can make a lot work, even something out of your comfort zone, if you have the drive to write it, but if you've come to dislike something you've got to work towards, it really constrains your skills. )
52. What’s a trope or plot you think is overdone in roleplay?
( protag armor, sorry ivan. )
60. Who’s a roleplayer (or writer) you think you have learned a lot from?
( the first name to come to my head was actually noir's, though i'm sure naming just her would disappoint a lot of other people who know they've inspired me a lot along the way. i could easily mention ty or remy or lisha, ty being one of the most integral in actually spurring me to continue writing when i'd just grown from the habit, but as far as actually learning from, making an example of? noir is definitely at the forefront of my mind. it's not really her choice in characters or her choice in plots or even her choice in words (though all are great, all have helped influence me in the time since i've known her) but, really, it's the interpretations of other genres of the art that she's into into her writing that really really shines to me? like, getting to know her shows a person how much she loves theater, and her paragraphed writing and descriptions of action and dialogue have always really easily reflected that background to me, and it all seems really classical and i love it? she's influenced my writing a lot, and i'm a huge nerd. oops. )
