It should be a wonderful thing, to be seen as you are without pretense or illusion. How long has she wanted this? Surely as long as she could read about great loves or dream all the romantic ideals that once fueled her. But this frozen reality, not even this beautiful concept is safe from its great twisting. From corruption of the deepest sort. She is known now, but by a terrible man. A man she doesn’t even know if she is safe from. Will he cherish her heart? Or take a knife through it?
