2. Ready steady go!

3. This was a quite shocking finding: The boards were nearly hollow. Just a hexagonal cardboard structure glued together with thin fiberboards. But that’s the reason for light weight of the whole bed construction.

As I realized this I got stuck for some days, as I thought, it will never be possible to work with such a material.

But after some considerations I finally got an Idea how to get a proper workaround for my storage bed.

4. These 2 struts I really just had to take as the were... this was the most easiest part of the work.
