A great day in Athens. They very long day yet also very fulfilling. Very little sleep and yet the energy of the people keep me motivated and full of life. After training all day with the Kettlebell during the IKFF course, had an awesome kettlebells for martial arts workshop following. Worked  on  machine gun takedowns Krav  Maga tonight and I gotta say, take downs suck  more as you get older.

I got to trai with Avi Moyal, the head IKMF instructor today. He is amazing. And also super nice. I'm used to our Israeli instructors being borderline scary, but Avi was by far the most approachable. He's also incredible. The training was also super fun and I am thrilled I had the opportunity to do it.
