Ileena’s Revelation design revealed!
Thanks to Mattel, I can exclusively share the official never-before-seen model design of Ileena for Masters of the Universe Revelation!
Ileena appeared in 1 episode of Filmation Series - ”A Friend In Need”.
She was meant to appear in episode 02. Confronting Teela, Andra and Evil-Lyn at Castle Grayskull with a group of Royal guards. Ileena would have become the new Captain of the Guard after Teela left. So outfit is based on that, but given a unique color scheme to differentiate Ileena as her own.
They would have fought against each other, while Evil-Lyn crept into the Castle with the Ha’Vok skull she was carrying.
There were other designs done for Ileena, that had her vintage winged tiara, but they decided instead to go with a headpiece that Teela had. (The winged look and yellow hair draws a lot of comparisons to She-Ra. But in 80s She-Ra was not modelled after Ileena’s design)
A Friend in Need
The evil sorcerer Jarvan gives Teela’s friend Ileena a magic potion that increases her confidence and energy, but makes her sick once it wears off. Once she’s addicted, he ropes her into his scheme of revenge against Eternia. Drugs are bad, mmkay?
Episode Highlights:
I dig these robot horses. Also, Orko casually drops that Eternia sends its criminals to “prison mines” which makes me wonder if maybe Jarvan has a good reason to be pissed.

Adapting to her new role as Man-at-Arms, Andra finds herself struggling with training new cadets. They must be ready to fight against any and all threats—magical or otherwise—but if Andra can’t believe in herself how can she expect others to follow her lead? When a call for assistance on Orkas Island turns out to be a magical threat from the evil Count Marzo, Andra will have to delve into her past, use her technical know-how, and find her own power if she hopes to save Eternia.
Personally, I'm interested to find out who these cadets are. Also whether Captain Ileena will get a second chance to be in this universe (after being cut from Revelation).
