I have thoughts on Occtis, but I think I'm going to wait until the Seekers table has had a few sessions and to finish my re-read of Frankenstein and several gothic literature handbooks before I start making guesses as to what Alex intends to do with him.

#occtis tachonis #ill admit #my current assumption is that while Frankenstein is of course a strong inspiration #Alex is going to be doing his own thing and not hinging to closely to the novel #or its themes #that being said #review of the source is never a bad thing #and obviously because of his horror background #Alex is going to be pulling from not only traditional gothic literature but all the genres that sprung up in its wake #so all of it is relevant reading in the end #part of it is I also need to see how Occtis fits into this campaign now that his inciting incident has come and gone

Harper has a really hard time trying to get her used to otto. Additionaly, any humans in the competitors village have it rough with her.

Im considering keeping Nell a human for the sake of her being completely chill despite Petra's aggression. (Maybe she can even be a bit of a dragon fanatic. We'll see)
