I have so much anxiety rn and its really pissing me off. I feel like im annoying everyone i talk to including the woman ive just started seeing even though she tells me that shes always wants to talk. Ive been doing better about communicating with my friends here in town but I still get this sense of isolation and loneliness. IDK im just so frustrated. I hate this feeling so much. I had to step off the floor of work today to go have a quick cry in the bathroom. Today wasnt even a bad day at work.
