This isn’t ok

Don’t order from thriftbooks.com right now. We can’t take proper safety measures because we can’t sanitize books and we cant work at least 6ft apart. 4 people from the Illinois warehouse are quarantined and during this shutdown in Illinois they just declared themselves as essential and are forcing us to come into work. We get no PTO and we need a doctors note to miss a single day without being penalized. There are a lot of online options and please let them know you are displeased with them putting us at risk while they all work from home. Please please please

Illinois issues stay-at-home order amid coronavirus outbreak

Most recorded cases in Illinois are in Chicago and surrounding counties.

My state is officially on lockdown. Third in the country. Unfortunately, mom works at a hospital, so she can't stay at home, but I will be, and we'll be keeping as safe as we can, which is all we really can do. I've been paying attention to what people in other countries who were on lockdown prior to this have been doing, so we were already prepared, because I knew it was coming, so thank you to all of you for posting updates like you have been. It's been a big help!
