ANYWAY THANK YOU ANON FOR GIVING ME THE OPPURTUNITY TO YAP ABOUT MY CLARA So, Clara was born as a Miller! She, similarly to Evan and Elizabeth, was a twin herself!

also yes, Clara does NOT naturally have black hair, it's dyed! As shown here, she was born with orange hair.
Anyway, Clara was actually childhood friends with Henry, initially. School friend. Not sure how they met exactly, probably just, school stuff, but they were pretty good friends!
THE HENNERRRRR She was also childhood friends with Gabriel's mom, Deborah! (unfortunately never got around to designing her childhood look...) Anyway, she always LOVED the circus, her favorite circus band, were a group of 5 known as the Mystic Melodies! Nedd, Orville, Patchy, Frankie, and Horace!

They were a huge inspiration for her growing up... seeing them made her realize that SHE had wanted to be an entertainer, and her parents had always supported that dream, always telling her "You're gonna be a star!"
Anyways, this is where she meets William! (Both around like... 9 - 11 here? Idk)

she briefly met WIlliam in school before, but she had initially wrote him off as a complete nothingburger, William comes off as RATHER boring to most people, he doesn't usually speak to others, keeps to himself, never initiates anything, you never really see him outside of school either She thought he was so boring that he wasnt worth acknowledging UNTIL SHE MET HIM AT THE CIRCUS ONE DAY "wait, what, this guy ACTUALLY has hobbies and interests??" They officially met, and became friends, there, as they talked about what they loved about the circus, William himself revealing he also wanted to be some sort of entertainer in the future (He also had a knack for woodcarving)

anyways, she introduced him to the rest of the friend group, and its how William became friends with Henry After highschool, Clara moved away from Hurricne Utah, to pursue her own dreams In her adult years, she had became a circus performer herself! As well as a movie star, she's nearly "household-name" level! Her favorite characters that she's made, and performed as at the circus, were Sun and Moon!
She's played a various assortment of characters and roles... another character of hers is Jackie!
Another character of hers was "Marilyn", a mime-esque character, Henry would end up taking inspiration from Marilyn to create the Marionette Anyways, she met William again in their adult years at one of her travelling circus shows, she spotted him in the audience and ran up to him after the show! They catch back up, and William shows his newfound robotics skills to her, and his aspirations, he wants to make people smile with his work. And it's his drive, work ethic, and his want to see people smile, which ends up drawing her to him. (Although, unbeknownst to her, his "desire to see people smile" comes more from a place of him wanting to fuel his own ego, rather than the genuine desire to make people happy) She moved back to Hurricane with William after they started a relationship

She calls her children any variation of "star", Evan is Little Star, Michael is Rockstar, and Elizabeth is Popstar
Gabriel is really close to the Aftons, staying over a lot due to Clara and his mom being besties. Clara calls Gabriel "Superstar'
She ran a talkshow! Called "Clara's Constellations"
Sun and Moon also got their own television show.
As you can probably tell, she absolutely loves space-theming (shes so real)
As for like, if William ever actually loved her? No, he does respect her to a certain degree, though. As for why William got with her, well, this was during a period in William's life where he was still trying to act normal, and want to care for people, so he thought, maybe if he got into a relationship with her, maybe he WOULD grow to actually care for someone? Didn't work, of course.
