Status of Five Night's at Freddy's: Illuminated
Illuminated was a passion project I made when I was a kid as, I've said, a lot of the current writing has been me trying to play catch-up to try and resolve said issues.
Unfortunately, those issues aren't resolvable.
So what does this mean for Illuminated? Where do I go from here?

The story of Five Nights at Freddy's: Illuminated, has come to a early close.
Illuminated is dead.
...Long live, Starchild.
Illuminated is getting rebooted! Going under a new name, Starchild, now.
"weren't you already using Starchild as a name for the other side project you had" shh
For Illuminated fans, I'm sorry it's have to come to this, I know a lot of you guys really love Illuminated, But my heart just isn't in it anymore. I can't really like it anymore, knowing there's so much more I could be doing with these characters, these characters deserve more, Illuminated wouldn't allow them more.
What's New?
For one, we're changing the plot around by a lot. I can't answer much at the moment about that, since It'd be spoilers, but... Let's just say Act 1 and 2 aren't just "set-up" anymore, and have their own fully fleshed out stories.
How about the characters?
Well, for the most part, most characters retain their base, most, identifiable qualities, however now there is far more depth where there wasn't initially. (Especially with Fritz, Michael, and Evan)
...As well as introducing new characters!
Preboot's Story?
Well, as I've said, the Preboot Illuminated comic is cancelled...
...So, if you want to ask any question about the story, feel free to ask, I'll answer truthfully about the direction Preboot was going to take (provided I'm not reusing part of the idea for the Reboot, in which I will let you know if the question you're asking is spoilers)
Wait, that's it?
There might be some thinking that there's no reason for this, right, changes and improvements aside, there's simply just no reason to do this just to make the comic all over again.
...Well...
...I didn't say Starchild was going to be a comic.
...I NEED HELP.
Starchild is bigger than what it used to be, requiring Video Editing, animation, drawing, and music
And while I am capable of all of that on my own... (Granted, music is something I'm NOT good at.)
It is preferable to not HAVE to do that all on my own
so, yes, I'm Hiring Spriters and Musicians! Feel free to shoot a DM if you are interested in doing that. (Or, if you know anyone who would be interested)

When will Episode 1 release?

I am going to guesstimate this or next month, I can't really guarantee much else, though.
