Rootref Concept Art Dump !

I was excited to upload this because this is my first concept art dump that I’ve enjoyed doing for AGES!

My render quality and undertsanding of what concept art is really pushed forward here! A good few mood and glory shots, definite props and different angles to consider, my first real interior shot too (in terms of using 3d model for perspective and lighting) - yeah I really enjoyed this one.

Thanks for everyone who helped Chris and Luke kear mainly, there will probably be more to come throughout the year or so, depending on what happens to this game.

Any suggestions for short mantras for my illustrations? I want to draw about mental health and overall life. I want to soothe, but I want also to encourage. Some drawings will be softer, some will be more empowering and call-to-action. I’m wondering if there are good sentences out there that can spark new ideas :) Feel free to answer here or suggest them (anonymously or not) through inbox! I need some advice on pricing (which is everyone's least favorite thing I know). I have been contacted by a potential client who I went to art school with. I have never done illustration work (factor #1 to consider) but she knows my work and thought of me. I don't want to get to into details but essentially she wants hand drawn journal style diagrams for a pattern book she's looking to publish. I have absolutely no idea where to start with pricing, and I have no idea what questions to even ask regarding the book publishing side of things.

Help!

My computer had to be reset anew and I lost al my bookmarks. One I really want to find was a part of a masterpost on here for art. Where can I find that art masterpost with /Character design/ on pinterest? Can't find it :C

AUUUUUGGGH. I'm supposed to be making a Christmas Card for a client. They want a crazy, super action-y picture of Santa and their two kids crashing into their new house-- but I have NO IDEA how to draw that. I've already done a few thumbnails of Santa and the Sleigh running over their mailbox instead and I'm gonna have a few that are more "aftermath-y" of Santa crashing into their house, but I should really have some... you know, pictures that are actually what they asked for. Any ideas for how to depict this, guys? I am stumped.
