#HandMeDownTuesday #PJsInTheDay Yes, all my winter morning prayers have been answered... Pyjamas are IN. A little late in the day as I'm in the tropics but who cares?! I'm keeping it comfy today and a bit PLAYBOY MANSION in my jim jams and my Grandpa's burgundy dressing gown, or as we mostly say in these parts, HOUSE COAT. Not much to TELL with this weeks SHOW-AND-TELL as my beloved Gramps isn't here to give me the back story. I just have fond memories of him wearing this around the house in the evenings when he would let me plat the little hair he had left and let me put coloured clips in it. Few people have made the kind of impact he did on my life, so glad Gran let me keep it to remember him by. I GOT IT FROM MY MAMA, MAMA GOT IT FROM A BOUTIQUE THAT MADE THEIR OWN ONE-OFF PIECES ON KING'S ROAD, CHELSEA, LONDON IN 1981. The boutique name sadly escaped her, and the rest of the back story ran away with the label which went on walkies after many a wash and iron.
