It's a lil funny cuz I was going through Pinterest, looking through pictures of Sam cuz I was looking for references to draw. I come across a picture of him and Alyssa, a lot in the comments hated her, saying like he deserves better or that one particular shower scene was giving off.. idk.. when he clearly says 'no' multiple times but still let herself in. What do you think of this Alyssa's hate? Valid or makes sense or nah?

First, if you ever post the art, I would like to see! :) Hayden is so fun to draw. I've drawn Ani a few times, but no Sam (yet).
Again, Sam's privacy is constantly violated through the whole film between his parents, Alyssa, and Josh. I have a lot of feelings about this. Anyways.
To answer your question: I do not like Alyssa with Sam.
They aren't even officially together at the end of the film, and in the BTS, even Hayden and Jenna say it's not the typical relationship that doesn't end with a definitive "we are together now."
I will list many reasons now as to why she is the Worst (including what she has done in the deleted scenes).
To preface this, the few things we know about Alyssa are:
She's 16. She just recently (or almost a year of time at least) has started to date Josh (he bitches about this to Sam in the car). Her father is not in the picture (never stated why, even in deleted scenes), and George had dated her mom after the divorce. She did also interact with Sam in some capacity when he used to live in that house before the divorce.
In the BTS, Winkler make it a point to talk about how sexuality is presented and explored in the film, and it does primarily happen with Sam and Alyssa. Which, weird choice, but pop off ig. The first scene she's in is actually a deleted one where she sees George working on the pieces of the house outside, and decides to come by to talk to him. She asks him if Sam has any friends because he seems like a loner, and George responds "he must have friends. Aren't you?" and she immediately is disgusted like "UH NO."
And ofc, George gets a lil defensive about Sam like "why????? tf is up with you??" And (honestly, valid point) she says first and foremost that she doesn't like Manson. (Again, knowing what we know now about Manson [which i refuse to forget and make other people forget]... valid.) Then she says how Sam wears "more makeup than me" and literally is just shitting on Sam. Like girl it is 7am why are you living like this? TO HIS FATHER?!
After, that's when Sam sees her in the parking lot in school and she makes the quip "I saw your dad this morning." Which, girl, why?
Seeing him at lunch and deciding she's gonna try something with him despite her (and many at school) thinking Sam is gay.
Which if she THOUGHT HE WAS IN FACT GAY, this makes the Shower Scenes (THERE IS MORE THAN ONE!!!!) even worse because it's like a fucking weird conversion therapy she's trying to pull while she is actively with Josh. On top of Sam not wanting her to join him in there and trying to figure out why she's doing it.
Alyssa also comments to Robin about how she's constantly over to help George with the house and how "your husband must be really cool. you're just over here all the time" when in reality, Peter is also a piece of shit.
On top of that, as @leslie114 has mentioned in the comments of this post, Alyssa literally condemns her mother for sleeping with Josh (valid), yet she LITERALLY goes to kiss George while he is fucking zooted on pain killers and he states that (very much NOT VALID).
Why she did it? She wanted to know if it was the same like kissing Sam. She saw George kiss her mother once and thought he was a good kisser.
This girl, whatever is fucking wrong with her, is not in the DSM-5 and it will not even be in the DSM-6.
TLDR; I hate Alyssa with a burning passion and I'll smear her in the fucking pit. I survived the Motionless in White and Bring Me The Horizon pit; I sure as hell can survive beating her ass on Sam's behalf.
