At the end of the day, the freak circus is a yandere game. Therefore, might I humbly request tfc characters’ reactions to MC escaping or running away? Ik Jester has said that he’d always find MC, but I would love to read that play out if you’re interested in the idea too!!

Pierrot
-Usually, this man follows you everywhere you go, literally. It would be nearly impossible to somehow get away from him but for the plot, lets say you did.
-He would panic of course, and then he'd try to find you, no, he wouldn't try, he would succeed. Trust me.
-He will look everywhere he possibly can, his shows at the circus would be cancled due to him being busy trying to find you.
-But anyway, when he finally does, he does NOT care where you are, he will quite literally jump you, not in anger, but in desperation.
" M-my dear.. why did you run-? I will do anything I can to make the circus enjoyable-please.. I can change.. don't do this to me ever again, I don't want to have to force you... " He pleads, he isn't mad even in the slightest, he jumped on you in desperation to feel you again, to know you're with him.
-He would do almost anything to get you to stay with him, to get you to atleast realize his feelings for you, yknow?
-He would try his best to comfort you before he takes you back, he knows you're probably terrified and don't trust him yet he needs to take you back, he knows what they will do to you if you don't come back on your own.
-He is more terrified of the fact that you might put his family in danger too if you told anyone about them, not only does he not want you in danger, but he also doesn't want his family in danger.
Harlequin
-He's sort of on the same boat as Pierrot in the type of way that he doesn't want anything happening to you. Well, he just doesn't show that..
-He would also go out of his way to try and find you, though, I feel he would make a game out of it. A game to see who would catch you first, him or Pierrot?
-He would find you when you're alone, making sure Pierrot isn't around to ruin this for him.
-Next thing ya know you feel tendrils pulling you from God knows where until you finally meet the chest of the Harlequin. His usual grin is there, yet there's definitely something dark behind it.
" My, running are we? If you're gonna run away, at least make it harder. This was almost too easy, darling~ " Your chin is lifted by his claws that you don't dare to move under.
-He would drag you back to the circus, depending on how much of a scene you made decided if you had to be drugged or not, best to take you back at night as well, less of a headache.
-Now, he wouldn't necessarily announce your finding to the circus just yet, where's the fun in that when he can keep you to himself for a bit?
-As soon as you woke up he wouldn't have you tied or anything, if you did try to run however, he would either let you, knowing the other members are outside and could easily catch you as of now or, just use his tentacles to hold you in place for a chat.
-Now he wouldn't force you to do anything, all he wants is to let you think, let you know, you aren't escaping this place.
Ticket Taker
-He sort of expected this outcome. It wasn't ideal, yet he half thought this would happen.
-I don't think he would necessarily look for you, why do that when Harlequin and Pierrot are already over every corner of the whole city? Only when they both still haven't found you is when he was requested to help by the Jester.
-He wouldn't use his form as the Ticket Taker but instead the one that disguises him as human.
-He would eventually find you yet he wouldn't make a move to catch you, not just yet. Expect him to be lurking around you, just to see what you'd do with your freedom for now.
-You would be quickly taken if you dared tell anyone about the things you've seen in the circus, drugging you would be most efficient therefor you'd be knocked out before you're taken.
-At first he'd resort to having a chat, maybe talking some sense into you.
" I'm giving you the chance to explain yourself, I will try to lessen the blow of what you've done so I advise you to tell the truth, dear one. " He is telling the truth, even though it may not seem it, you're pretty interesting to him, he doesn't necessarily want you gone so fast.
-He might have more of an effect to stop anything bad from happening to you, so this might just save you from something... worse.
-Now, he'll make sure to keep a closer eye on you.
Jester
-Okay, so the Jester... his resolve is either they find you and you get consumed or turned into a fool. Yea.
-Pierrot would have to beg, you would have more of a chance if Bil chatted with him, just pray you have the right people.
-He wouldn't go out of his way to find you, why do that, he has the other members.
-He would either have Bil or the fools drag you to him once you've been found. You would likely be tied up, just for his own amusment.
-He would see you as threat, you knew things that could cause his family to be in danger, it better be clear that your intention wasn't to endanger them, or you're fucked.
" You're really, really, lucky. If it weren't for Pierrot and the Ticket Taker, you wouldn't even get the chance to speak back to me, little mouse. " His wicked grin is still there, yet it's dark. Like a threat.
-He would too keep a closer eye on you, he's warned Pierrot to do the same if he wants to have you alive and well. He would also have you make it up to him, you want a tiny bit of his respect back? You earn it.
-God forbid you run away again, you won't get a second chance nor a proper parting.
Doctor
-Now, he couldn't go out in public to search for you or anything, it'd draw way too much attention. He might go out only at night though, less people that way.
-If he did somehow find you whilst strolling around at night, oh he'd be ready. Injection ready in one hand, you barley notice anything until you feel a hand on your shoulder and a sting to your neck. And you're out.
-You would later wake in his tent of course, strapped down as usual. He hasn't told anyone yet.
-You didn't see him anywhere, until he lifted your chin up from behind the chair, forcing you to look up at him as he looks at every detail of your face for a drawing moment. He notices, the fear, anxiety, shock, anything that gave him some sort of clue of why you decided to run away.
" You ran pretty far, sweetie. Hah, not even the others got to you before I did. Perhaps fear is what drove you, am I correct? " You can't tell what he feels, his entire reaction is nothing but clinical.
-After some time of examining you, he'd bring you to Pierrot first, he knows it'd be best for you to go to him given the situation.
-He doesn't want you gone either, you're his special little patient after all, how could he lose that?
