how do you fill most of your time?

I wake up. the fog covers my brain, and I start seeing things from far away. hours pass in seconds. at some point, I eat, or sleep, or try to work. doesn't matter, I hardly remember it. and then, it's night. and I sit still, trying not to think, until I pass out without knowing when. that's most of the time for me.
