aaron still can't look robert in the eye when he is talking about his feelings because he still can't face them. it's always 'im moving on', 'i choose john', 'john is my future', 'you don't get to decide', but never ever 'i don't love you'. and yes, he was right when he said robert doesn't allow him to choose, robert always does it for the two of them and that's a problem in itself of course, but aaron didn't apologize for messing with robert's head either. robert told him he was willing to let go two times now (if you count the prison visit) i mean, that's GROWTH for him. but aaron couldn't deal with robert leaving so he did what he did and kissed him back (again) and slept with him. and then today he actually SCOFFED when robert said he was a temptation for him. but isn't that the truth? and now aaron is choosing the most aaronesque way to deal with all this by running, which never solves anything and hasn't ever solved anything in his life because he can't kill his feelings and they won't stop while robert EXISTS.
