❪ 流れ星 ❫ fluff est. rs hweseung x f!reader 633 cw ノ reader is very drunk, kissing, not proofread 〃 ♡ ⸝⸝⸝ FIRST HWESEUNG FIC THIS MAN MAKES ME SICKKKK i love him so bad. / 𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐔𝐄
Your shoulders slump as you sway slightly before losing the strength to support your own body weight. Hweseung has to grab your waist and pull you against him to make sure you don't end up falling over completely.
You're very drunk. So drunk, in fact, that you don't even recognize who he is. You keep instinctively trying to pull away, a pout on your face as you mumble something about having a boyfriend.
You do have a boyfriend—he's standing in front of you right now making sure you don't crack your skull open on the sidewalk, but you have yet to realize that.
When your friend called Hweseung asking him to pick you up she had omitted the fact that you had drunk way beyond your tolerance. He absolutely doesn't mind you having all the fun you want on a Friday night, but he is seriously concerned about keeping your head intact and the massive hangover you will have tomorrow.
When you realize that escaping the man's hold is impossible after a few seconds of struggling, you simply give up and crash into his chest. Hweseung lets out a sigh mixed with fondness and exasperation.
"Don't tell my boyfriend about this. He'll misunderstand," you slur. You're nuzzling your forehead against his sweater despite your words. You seem tired. Hweseung might have to carry you to the car.
"Does your boyfriend get jealous easily?"
You shake your head, voice muffled by soft wool.
"Not… jealous. Protective. He knows whenever I'm… uncomfortable," you smile, looking up at Hweseung. He thinks for a second that maybe you've finally recognized the person you're talking about is the same person holding you, but he's soon proved wrong when you furrow your brows and try to squirm away again.
"Are you uncomfortable cause I'm holding you? You'll fall on your face if I let go," Hweseung says quietly, but with just enough concern in his voice for your brain to try to hold your own weight again. You don't manage it well and give up once again, somehow hugging him even closer than you had before.
"You're… comfy. I won't let go," you whisper. Hweseung chuckles softly.
"Do you recognize me?" he asks.
You pull back, your eyes drawing up to his face. You stare blankly for a moment, then you frown and cup his cheeks, rubbing them softly.
"Squishy."
Your boyfriend thinks you're quite lucky that you're cute while drunk, but his job would definitely be easier if you were a bit more in control of your actions.
"Y/n, you're very drunk. We need to go home so you can sleep," he suggests, rubbing your back. Your face falls at the suggestion and you cling to him closer.
"No," you whine. "Hug me."
"I am hugging you."
"Hug more."
Hweseung complies, squeezing you tightly until you laugh gleefully. His expectations of getting you to the car after the hug are shattered quickly, though. You won't budge unless he hugs you, which soon turns into pleas for kisses. He doesn't mind the taste of alcohol on your lips, but in the back of his head he still wonders whether you've actually recognized him or not. Surely you wouldn't ask a stranger to kiss you? If you remember this tomorrow will you think you accidentally cheated on him… with him?
After nearly twenty minutes of convincing and many, many kisses, your head hurts enough for you to not protest when Hweseung lead you to the car. He buckles your seat belt and pats your head—to which you just look up at him with pleading eyes until he plants another kiss on your forehead.
"Don't drink so much next time," he tells you. He smiles before adding, "And please don't ask for kisses from other men. I will get jealous."
a/n: i miss him sobs :,) giggly cute rowoon is all i need in life actually!!
...!
You glanced at the time and sighed softly, returning your attention to the laptop before you.
It was getting late… where was he?
Seokwoo would usually let you know in advance if he was going to be late. Did something happen?
The sharp ring of your phone pulled you from your thoughts. Chanhee.
“Chani? What happened?” you asked, worry already creeping into your voice.
“Nuna! Can you come pick up hyung? We went out for dinner and he drank a little too much…-”
Your brows furrowed as you were already reaching for your keys and coat, closing your laptop. “Is he okay…-” you started, but a startled noise from the other end cut you off, followed by Chani hurriedly telling someone to stay still.
“Nuna! Hurry, we’re at that restaurant by the complex!”
“Alright, I’ll be there.” you replied, unable to stop the small laugh that slipped out. You weren’t used to hearing the younger man sound so panicked.
Getting there was easy enough, you’d been to the place plenty of times before.
But the sight that greeted you when you stepped out of the car was… priceless.
A very flushed, very drunk Seokwoo sat on the curb, arms wrapped tightly around a street pole like it was the only thing keeping him grounded, his head drooping sleepily against it. Beside him stood Chani, looking completely worn out.
The moment Chani spotted you, his face lit up. He rushed over, stopping right in front of you.
“I’m so glad you’re here! Here, his things…-” he said, practically shoving Seokwoo’s belongings into your arms.
You blinked, caught off guard as he immediately turned to leave. “Oh..-wait, how are you going to…-?”
“I’ll get an Uber, don’t worry, nuna! Take care!” he called over his shoulder, already backing away.
Before you could say anything else, he was gone, shouting something along the lines of “Taxi!” as he ran off.
“…What?” you muttered, a soft chuckle escaping you as you shook your head, amused.
Then you turned back toward the restaurant, and more importantly, toward your very drunk boyfriend still clinging to a street pole like it was the love of his life.
You couldn’t help but smile, steadying yourself as you walked over to him.
“Just what did you do? Scaring poor Chani off like that…” you murmured, amused, crouching down in front of him. You set his things aside for a moment and reached out. “Alright, let’s go home now…-”
But Seokwoo immediately shook off your hands.
He blinked at you, squinting as if trying to focus, before tightening his grip around the pole like it might disappear if he let go.
“Don’t touch me…” he slurred, voice low and unsteady. “I’m happily in a relationship, you see…”
You paused, then let out a small, incredulous smile.
What?
Did he think you were a stranger?
“I know… and I’m…-” you tried again, reaching for his arm to help him up.
He brushed you off again, more insistently this time.
“I said don’t touch me… only my girlfriend can touch me…” he mumbled, attempting a glare that had absolutely no effect, before turning his face away with a soft, stubborn, “Hmph!”
You covered your mouth, unable to hide your smile.
Loyal to a fault, even like this.
He was… unbearably cute. Like a sulky, drunk kitten clinging to its favorite spot.
“Really?” you hummed, deciding to play along, tilting your head slightly. “She sounds very lucky to have you.”
Seokwoo’s expression shifted instantly.
A wide, soft smile spread across his face, his entire demeanor melting. He swayed a little, enough to make you instinctively reach forward in alarm, but he managed to steady himself.
“No…” he murmured, almost dreamy. “I’m the lucky one… Let me tell you about her…”
He lifted his fingers as if to count, though they wobbled mid-air.
“She’s beautiful… smart… kind… and cute…” he trailed off, pausing as if the thought alone overwhelmed him.
Then he covered his face, letting out a lovesick little giggle.
“So cute… she’s the cutest…”
Your breath hitched slightly, warmth creeping up your cheeks despite yourself.
Hearing him talk about you like that, so soft, so certain, while looking right past you as if you were just another stranger…
It made your heart race in a way you weren’t prepared for.
“But you can’t see her, absolutely not… she’s mine…” he added suddenly, his expression turning oddly serious for a split second, before it melted again into a soft, disbelieving smile.
“...She’s mine? She’s mine…” he repeated under his breath, almost giggling to himself like a lovestruck fan.
You huffed, fanning your face lightly, trying to calm the warmth rising to your cheeks. This man… you really couldn’t handle him like this.
“I know, she is,” you said gently. “Should we get going now… honey?”
Your voice softened, familiar, something he’d recognize.
And it worked.
Seokwoo’s head snapped up, eyes focusing on you again. For a brief second, he just stared, then his face lit up, breaking into a wide, delighted smile.
“Oh…- it’s y/n! What took you so long…?” he swooned, immediately slumping forward.
You barely caught him before he took you down with him, wrapping an arm around his waist to steady both of you.
“Sorry, I’m here now,” you murmured, hiding your smile as you helped him up, making sure he wouldn’t trip over his own feet.
A small thought crossed your mind, would he even remember any of this tomorrow?
It was too precious. You knew you wouldn’t forget it.
“You know…” he started again, voice dipping into a pout as you slowly guided him toward the car. “Before you came… a strange lady came to me, saying she wanted to take me home…”
You bit back a laugh as he complained about, well, you, hiccuping slightly mid-sentence. You reached up instinctively, patting his head.
“But I drove her away!” he added proudly.
Of course he did.
You smiled, opening the car door and helping him into the passenger seat.
“Really? Good job then.”
He beamed at you as you walked around to the driver’s side, eyes bright, almost expectant, like an overexcited puppy waiting for praise.
“Right? I did well, didn’t I?”
That smile, so wide, so sincere, made your chest tighten.
You nodded, reaching over to gently pat his head.
“You did. You did well… there, there…”
He visibly relaxed at that, melting into the seat as if your words alone drained the last of his energy.
You let out a soft sigh, fond, a little exasperated, adjusting the heater and making sure he was comfortable before starting the car.

"babe, i'm actually so bored."
mackiah's voice broke the silence in which you were currently basking in, sat on the couch on the porch with his head on your lap as you read the book he had gotten you last time he passed by the library.
"you literally wanted to not do anything today, kiah," you laughed softly, letting your book fall on your chest as your eyes traveled down to his face. you couldn't help the feeling of warmth that cruised your body as your eyes connected for the first time in minutes, the striking brown of them making the world around him blur.
"i know i did, but now i'm bored and you're not giving me attention," he said, his voice suddenly softer as his entire face seemed to relax, pupils going wide like they always did when he looked at you. "and no, playing with my hair while you read doesn't count as attention."
you muffled a small huff of laughter, making sure to keep the page before closing the book and putting it away completely, focusing your attention entirely on him like he so clearly wanted. "and what do you suggest, handsome?"
mackiah's lips morphed into a small smile, as if the nickname didn't only feel him with an overwhelming affection, but also with pride. it had been like that since the day he met you, he preened at your attention and took pride on your praise, because if you thought he was handsome? everyone else could hate him for all he cared.
"first of all, i suggest, no- i demand a kiss." he spoke, voice tinted with a smile as his gaze fell to your lips, his tongue darting out to wet his own by instinct.
you let out a small, contained giggle and shook your head with faux exasperation before leaning down and placing your lips on his. the kiss was soft, full of all that overwhelming, domestic adoration that always lingered around the two of you in moments like those.
you were the first to part away, and he couldn't help but chase your lips for a breath, like having them away from his for too would kill him.
"is that enough to meet your demand?" you asked, your voice soft as you looked at his face, head still resting on your lap as he stared up at you with what seemed to be stars in his dazed eyes.
"no, but no amount of kisses you give me will ever be enough," he muttered, his voice breathy as if that single kiss had completely crumbled any type of stability he was feeling before.
"hmh, cute," you smiled, leaning in to give him one more peck before laying back on the couch again, one of your hands running through the strands of his hair while the other one rested on his chest, drawing small hearts on the skin over his shirt. "come on, tell me what you want to do."
mackiah smiled, unable to stop himself when he could see the way the sun reflected on your hair, and how your pretty eyes looked like honey under the spring sun as they harbored those pupils that seemed to grow three sizes every time they focused on him.
"let's do something we don't usually do," he said, eyes still trained on yours as one of his hands went up to caress your cheek gently, moving a stray curl behind your ear.
"we don't do a lot of things, you're gonna have to narrow that down a little more for me." you smiled, unconsciously cuddling more into his palm, enjoying how the rough skin felt against the porcelain of your cheek.
the boy smiled, looking away as if that would suddenly give him back his ability to think about anything other than how beautiful you looked in that moment. "well, we could pack up and head to the beach, or on a hike," he said after a few seconds, looking back up at you just in time to notice the way your nose furrowed at the suggestion. "no hike?"
you immediately smiled at that, shaking your head softly. "no hike," you repeated, happy and warm that he clearly knew you enough to know your answer immediately. "and the beach is kind of far, we would have to stay the night at least to make it worth the drive."
"right, and you have work tomorrow," he hummed, sighing softly as his hand moved to play with your hair absentmindedly. "we could drive up to the meadow, have a picnic there."
you hummed at the suggestion, thinking about it for a couple seconds before nodding and giving him a soft smile. "i like that, i could make sandwiches and we can bring the pie i made last night."
"fuck yeah, that's the perfect plan," mackiah nodded, smiling as he began sitting up, ignoring the immediate coldness at the absence of your touch. "i'll go get drinks and fruit while you make the sandwiches?"
"yeah, thank you," you smiled, leaning in to leave a small kiss on his cheek. of course, mackiah couldn't leave it like that and seconds later his hands were on your cheeks and his lips on yours.
"i love you," he muttered between small, soft kisses on your lips.
"i love you more," you smiled, giving him one last peck before moving away.
hours passed and you now found yourselves in the middle of the prettiest meadow in town, far away from everything and conveniently empty in a day such as that one. you sat on the ground, legs over mackiah's lap as he recalled the events of his last boys night.
"so ky said we should all go on a trip to the coast with the rest of the girls, have a small get away for a little." he said, his hand drawing small patterns on the skin of your thighs that your sundress left revealed because of his own efforts to hike it up. "he wants to do the whole renting bikes to move through the coast thing, so and i mentioned that we'd have to get you one of those kiddie sits because you cant ride one on your own."
you couldn't help but roll your eyes at your boyfriend's teasing, the constant reminder of your inabilities to ride a bike being one of his most recurring sources of torment when he felt like poking a little fun at you. "ha ha, you're very funny."
"i'm serious though! no way i'd leave you behind, so its our only option." he said, his amused voice betraying the absolute bliss it brought him to tease you. "unless…"
"unless what?" you asked, deadpanned and trying to conceal your smile as best as you could.
"unless you finally let me teach you."
"oh no, we both know that's not happening." you said, shaking your head and taking a bit of distance form him as if he was about to grab you and force you on a bike.
"baby, come on, you know i won't let you get hurt," he said, hands going to grab your waist to drag you back against his chest.
"kiah, we've had this conversation like a million times before." you said, voice defeated as you let yourself relax in his arms, head against his chest.
"and when have i made you think that i'd let you get hurt? i promise you won't ever be safer to learn than with me." he repeated, voice less teasing as he moved his gaze down to look into your eyes. "i have my bike strapped to my car from the other day, we can try and if you genuinely hate it we stop."
you watched him for a couple seconds, your eyes boring into his as you attempted to make a decision. he had asked you to let him help you with this since the day he found out you had never learned how to ride a bike back when you were fifteen, and here he was five years later, asking you still.
"baby, please." he asked, his tone soft and pleading.
you had known mackiah for six years, and saying no had been increasingly hard every single day. you looked into his eyes for a couple seconds, analyzing him and trying to find any type of strength to deny him.
"fuck off, okay, let's go," you sighed, standing up and laughing loudly without helping it when you felt mackiah's arms engulf you and your feet raise from the ground. "mackiah!"
your boyfriend laughed at that, twirling you around in the air for a couple seconds before he put you back down to the ground and moved to shower your face with kisses. "thank you, thank you, thank you!"
you giggled, unguarded as you enjoy the kisses and held onto his shoulders. "you're welcome, my love."
he gave you a couple more kisses, pecking your lips to finish before he parted away and squeezed your waist. "i'll go get the bike."
and with that, he was off to get the bike off his car. you waited, playing with your rings anxiously, both dreading and expecting the following activity with your boyfriend.
"alright, gorgeous, you ready?" he asked once he was back in front of you, his bike by his side.
you wished you could say no, but then his eyes shimmered beautifully and his face lit up with absolute happiness and you couldn't help it. "yeah, i'm ready."
mackiah smiled and held out his hand, holding your own as he helped you get on the bike. once you were sat on the seat, his hands moved to firmly hold the bike seat and the handle. "okay, pretty girl. i won't let you go until you tell me to, so you pedal yeah?"
you nodded and let out one last anxious breath, knowing that if there was anyone who would always keep you safe, it would be him. "if you let go before i tell you, i'm leaving you."
"wowww, insane threats." he teased, kissing your cheek in reassurance as if to ground you back to the safety of his hold.
you took one deep breath and nodded gently, silently hyping yourself up before you began pedaling. mackiah walked alongside you at all times, keeping you upright even as you wobbled insecurely. his attention was completely focused on you, making sure you didn't have any reason to doubt that he would rather commit crimes against himself than let you get even a scrape on your pretty cinnamon skin.
"you're doing perfect, baby, so good." he reassured, letting his muscles relax when he noticed that you were, in fact, good enough to keep yourself upright without his help. still, he didn't let go and wouldn't until you told him to.
you smiled happily at his praise, the amount of adrenaline you felt feeling stupidly unmeasured to the action. "wait, let go! i think i'm doing it!"
he let go and watched you keep going on your own, his heart lurching stupidly in love at the sight of you making your way through the meadow, in that pretty sundress and in a bike maybe too tall for you. your smile was gigantic, and the sound of your giddy giggles made him let out a small chuckle himself. he watched you turn again, making your way to him and stopping right in front of him, your curls unruly in the wind.
"there you go, baby! i'm so, so proud of you!" he smiled, moving towards you and holding up his hand to give you a high five. "you're the coolest girl in town."
you didn't even have it in you to be annoyed at his teasing, hopping off the bike and quite literally throwing yourself into his arms. he caught you immediately, arms under your thighs as he twirled you once. the moment you were both steady again, he smiled and ducked his head to give you a big, loud kiss on the lips. "my genius girl."
"hmh," you hummed against his lips, hands burying in his hair. you parted away just enough to leave a kiss on his cheek, nuzzling there and then against his temple. "thank you for making me do that and for not letting go."
"of course, always." he smiled, kissing your cheek back. "now… how about some sandwiches?"
"yeah, sounds perfect." you smiled, stealing one little kiss from his lips and making a move to put your feet on the floor.
"oh no, you're staying right here." he said, hoisting you up again and showering with kisses all through your face.
the rest of the afternoon was spent like that, cuddled up in his arms, doing absolutely nothing in the midst of the spring flowers of the meadow.

after countless times of postponing it, the day finally came. the day of spring cleaning.
as much as you dreaded it, with taeyang on your side it all went much faster than you had expected. and you truly locked in, no breaks so far. alas, the consequence of that was your lowering energy (and sanity).
you leaned against the kitchen counter, dirty cloth in your hand. your forehead was glistening with sweat, shirt sticking to your skin.
the window taeyang opened to clean allowed fresh air to flow inside. though he already finished and the window was crystal clear, he left it open.
it was a good decision.
the birds were chirping along the playlist you put in the background. you looked outside, taking a deep breath. the spring air filled your lungs, scent of flowers and fresh grass making you smile.
your place overlooked a nearby park. you always loved people watching but the first days of spring always hit different: after long drought of warm weather, people swarmed outside. walking their dogs, riding bikes, making picnics. all in the green scenery waking up to life.
"hey, don't slack off!" taeyang's voice brought you back to reality and you just giggled tiredly.
"i'm not. just… taking a small break" you hummed, crossing your arms.
"that i can see" he huffed and walked up to you, putting away the dust cleaner. he followed your eyes and looked out of the window as well.
you stood there in pleasant silence, taking in the spring view. sun rays warmed your skin and you just let out a small sigh.
"do you want to—" you started, slowly turning your head back to look at him.
"wait, don't move!" he yelped.
your eyes widened and you froze. something tickled your cheek feather-lightly.
"what… what is it?" you whispered, breath hitching.
taeyang's brows furrowed and he stretched his finger towards your face, gently scooping something off it. you swallowed hard and saw his face break into amusement.
"it's a ladybug!" he grinned and you noticed the small, red bug on his finger.
it was almost ridiculously tiny compared to his hand. you two locked eyes on the insect that was speeding down taeyang's finger. he chuckled and twisted his wrist gently, the ladybug now trailing along his knuckles.
"i wanted to ask if after we're done…" you whispered, scared that a gentle wind of your words may scare the bug away. "would you want to go on a walk?"
he nodded and walked up to the window. his hazelnut eyes locked on the bug as he reached his hand out of the window.
"sure" taeyang replied and you saw the red insect take off, its small wings spreading.
in a blink of an eye, it was gone.
"maybe we'll meet luke later on the walk!" taeyang grinned.
"luke?" you frowned, scratching your head. "wait, you named the ladybug?"
"yup!" he smiled, satisfied. suddenly, he grabbed your hand and dragged you along. "come on, let's shower quickly. i really need to meet luke again. who knows where is he off to now? maybe we'll catch him!"

Seungmo's heart catches in his chest when he notices how close you are to him. Then, it drops to his stomach when he sees you move even closer and lean into him.
And holy fuck.
You're about to kiss him.
You're about to kiss him.
He shouldn't be so nervous. You've already confessed, been on a few dates, and started feeling more confident about actually admitting that you're dating. He knew this moment would come, and he's had weeks to prepare.
But kissing feels… new. Not scary in an unwanted way, but terrifying because it's something he's never done before. Seungmo is nineteen already, but he still hasn't had his first kiss. In terms of dating experience, he's as fresh as you can get.
He's still too embarrassed to admit he's been saving his first kiss for you all these years. Ever since you were in high school and he started secretly crushing on you, he's promised himself that you would be the first girl he would kiss. He's had years to dream about this exact moment, but now that it's happening, he can hardly process it.
You're moving too fast, yet not fast enough at the same time. A million thoughts rush through his head. He's scared he won't be a good kisser. He's scared you won't like it. But he's also excited. The past few weeks have been a countdown to this; building anticipation to something that will surely last in his memory forever.
The moment, in actuality, is over quite fast. You don't linger long against his lips. You stand on your tiptoes to reach him, cupping his face gently and brushing against him tenderly. Sparks fly, and Seungmo finally understands what it feels like to be the main character in a first love romance.
But as quickly as it starts, it's over.
You pull back with a shy smile on your face and the tips of your ears tinging pink. Seungmo thinks he's in love, but that isn't new. He also thinks he's forgotten how to breathe—that is new, but not important enough to spare any of his attention for.
Not when you look so adorable, so sweet, so perfect. You're unable to look away from him, even though you're fidgeting with your fingers and bouncing a little on your heels—a nervous habit of yours that he adores.
"Was that… okay?" you ask nervously. Seungmo has his head in the clouds. "Seungmo?"
"Huh? Oh, I… yeah. I… really liked it," he whispers.
You grin. "You're such a dork."
"You like this dork," he laughs, grabbing your arm when you try to turn away.
"I do not!" you insist and try to wriggle your way out of his hold. Of course, he easily overpowers you, and your attempt to escape only ends with you pressed against his chest.
"You just kissed this dork," he reminds you seriously. You shake your head. Your jaw is starting to ache from smiling.
"You're denying it?" Seungmo brow raises in surprise, but his lips quickly jump to grin at you. "There were witnesses, Y/n."
You giggle. "What witnesses?"
"For starters, me."
"You're the victim, not a witness. It doesn't count!"
"A victim? So you're saying that kissing me was you committing a crime?"
You flush and hide your face in his chest.
"Do you think you'd risk becoming a repeat offender?" Seungmo whispers against your ear.
the fresh spring breeze made your laundry rustle on the wind. you took a deep breath, allowing yourself to take a small break from hanging the freshly washed clothing.
the green leaves on the nearby trees were so simple yet brought good mood. they were a reminder how couple days ago the branches were still nude and empty after winter. grass tickled your bare feet and sunshine prickled your skin comfortably.
"hey."
you turned around, hair brushing your neck.
your husband was walking toward you, a big smile on his face.
you resumed hanging clothes on the clothesline, grabbing one of his white shirts. water gently dripped , running down your forearms. you had to stand on your tiptoes to hang the shirt by a yellow clip.
seunghyub watched you carefully, analyzing your focused face.
birds started singing somewhere in the distance.
"what? you just came here to stare?" you asked suddenly, grabbing your sundress.
the scent of the laundry detergent lingered in the air and seunghyub just scoffed, his wedding ring reflecting the sunlight. you had to squint.
"no...oh, well…" he stuttered, loving how your skin absorbed the sun rays, how glowy you looked, how— "your eyes look so beautiful in this lighting"
you giggled, straightening the material of the freshly washed dress.
"you're terrible at flirting" you looked at him and bursted out laughing at his offended.
"hey, i'm not! not my fault my wife is so beautiful!" he stated, grabbing his socks from the laundry basket. you eyed his lean arms for a moment before you continued. "also, if i was terrible at flirting…"
you already knew what was coming and you tried to suppress your grin.
"i wouldn't be calling you my wife now" seunghyub said cheekily, suddenly grabbing you by your waist. you yelped, dropping the laundry.
he spun you around, eyes turning into crescents as he smiled. the fresh spring breeze carried on your laughter, birds chirping along.

COWORKER JIUNG who finds his safe space inside the breakroom with you, whenever you hit a deadline or after a rough meeting the two of you hide away from the rest of the office — smell of coffee in your hands and sighs and terrible jokes filling the air
COWORKER JIUNG, thinks he's fallen in love everytime you help him fix his tie :( you're both in the elevator when you notice him pulling at his tie with his spare hand, and soon youre telling him to come closer and your hands are just barely ghosting his neck.
tries his best not to disrupt you but he practically feels the heat rising up in the back of his neck and he's blinking rapidly and trying to sneak glances at you while gripping onto the stack of files in his hands for support
COWORKER JIUNG who'll always remind you to eat, he's the happiest when you're taking care of yourself. taps on your desk lightly to ask if you've eaten yet — when he's unsatisfied with your answer he asks if you'd like to grab lunch with him. will always pay for your meal, whether you like or not — he's tapping his card away before you could even notice

COWORKER JIUNG who offers to drive you home immediately, noticing the subtle sway in your stance and the way you almost trip around him. guides you to his car, one hand holding your handbag the other holding you up from your knees buckling

a/n also i think keeho gives the best hugs, i can confirm btw I'm hugging him rn...
KEEHO
seeing you for the first time in a long time hugs, where he's dipping you back a bit, arms tight around your waist, chest heaving from running into your arms
unsure whether to keep your feet tethered to the floor or in the air, his head buried into your shoulder regardless. one hand on the back of your head just to keep you close and make sure you're real and no longer a dream
keeho can't help it if tears start pricking his eyes, his lips pressing against you to hear the soft laughs that leave you just for him — doesn't want to let go, not yet.
TAEYANG
the sort of hugs he gives you when you're on the verge of tears, where you've isolated yourself from the rest, trying to gather your thoughts before you face them again
and he peeks in from the corner to see you alone, with your back pressed against the wall chest rising and falling deciding whether to cry or to hold it in. you hear him approaching and watch the way his eyes open and his warm hand touches you—
pulls you into his arms quietly, just as the tears finally fall where all he can do his wrap you in his arms gently and caress your back and smile to himself when he feels the wetness on his shoulder. taeyang holds you like you're fragile, afraid that if he touches you the wrong way he will break you.
JIUNG
morning hugs where you're clearly half awake and he's totally not, snaking his arms between the bed and your side to keep you pressed against his skin
and anyone's friend of a friend would tell you that the choi jiung is not clingy and he'd probably detest skinship but the choi jiung in bed with you right now is kissing your exposed neck and breathing into you like it's his lifeline... bed hair in all directions and half a smile all lazy and full of love
these are the sort of hugs he doesn't mind receiving, he enjoys the closeness between the two of you — your hand going to pat his head when he places a chaste kiss to the shoulder and he giggles, and you giggle and now you can't help but turn and hold on tight onto him (he lets out a confused noise but sinks into the reciprocated hug immediately, there is no denying you)
INTAK
the forceful hugs where he's seconds away from tears, an awful burn stuck in his throat, trying to make sure you don't leave him like everyone else has
and you're walking and pushing and he's walking and pulling, going back for your arm no matter how many times you push away and you keep pulling it back no matter how much he pleads. and soon he gives up, brows furrowed and lips quivering but his hand stays firmly in yours, the silence filling the space between you guys like a lull
and you give in, ofcourse you do, because he's hwang intak — the hwang intak who was once yours and forever will be. so he pulls you in one last time and holds onto you desperately, clawing for a bit of warmth and dampening your clothes while your hands sit idle at your side
SOUL
the type of hugs where his arms are latched onto you from behind, can't help but mimic your movement, chin propped onto your shoulder, and arms tight around your middle.
he shuffles with tiny steps to the side, bends when you do, standing on his tippy toes and lifting you up to grab something from the top cabinet
the softest toothiest giggles leaving him, especially when he keeps you trapped between his arms; opening his mouth whenever you give him something to eat, placing kiss after kiss on your cheeks that tickle you oh so gently
JONGSEOB
the awkward and unsure goodbye hugs that happen between friends — where one of you opens your arms and the other steps forward to meet halfway. both quiet and awkward, and so new. unsure when it's the right time to let go, even if you don't really want to
and almost immediately he realises how close — really close, he is to you. how he can hear you swallow, the way your chin instinctively goes for his shoulder, cheek pressing against the cotton fabric, but he swears he can feel how warm you are. and you can feel it too — how unsure he is, debating whether it was really okay to wrap his arms around you or to leave his arms flat on his side. he does the former, of course.
and it's a surprise to him too, at how perfect you feel in his arms, at how quickly you pull each other into the hug, how he can't help but get so giddy and smile into the hug, and oh hes so happy you can't see his face -- or feel his heart (you do but you don't say anything, instead smiling to yourself and waving goodbye)
