i know making yr own food is supposed 2 be like more comfortable bc u know whats in it and u can decide what goes in HOWEVER rn i can only eat premade prepackaged etc foods because if i have 2 make even 1 decision abt what to eat and what to put in it besides choosing it from like 2 options i get overwhelmed by panic and start crying
