If you do Digital Collage, I have a tip for you!!

Pinterest, while great in a lot of ways, is filled to the brim with AI generated Images.

I would recommend to not use pinterest to collect images for your work. Instead, you could use:

The Smithsonian Open Access

Or the Public Domain Image Archive

Both, are not only free to use (even in the case you want to reporpuse them and sell them, check if there is CC0 tag in the images you want to use), vintage, from different artists to different mediums... But also, free of AI!

And, this doesn't apply only to collage, if you paint, write or, in general do any creative work, they are also a great source of inspiration!

And if you have any other pages you recommed that are free of AI generated images for any creative use, feel free to leave them in the tags or comments!

Seven institutions have come together to create a database of 34,000 new images of medieval manuscripts, books and coins. This includes over 600 manuscripts that are now online.

In light of the love I’ve gotten today, and all this past week actually, I’m going to share some secrets of mine with you, especially for those of you like myself who either lack the resources and/or the ability to obtain those resources, aren’t talented in making things in programs like photoshop (in other words you may lack the patience –ahem- like myself) or want an easy method (also like me).
