I hadn’t been to the gym in over a week cause i was in Boston visiting my brother with no access to a gym then i had a couple of work days that went too late and didn’t make it possible. I was LEGIT nervous about being back and was sooo tired i felt my psyche wanting to bag it and say screw it I’ll make it there tomorrow. So i can see how easyyy it is to slide out of the routine and motivation and go back to your old ways. Thankfully i found some inner strength and fortitude and made it in! 70 min knocked out! Proud of me and happy to be back at it! Tomorrow night I’ll do it too and Saturday i have my class and Sunday I’ll get it in too! Making my health and sexiness a priority!! Workout done!!
