Cardio doesn't always have to be boring! I'm getting more comfortable with CrossFit type HIIT training. I'm more confident in my box jumps. I actually enjoy then now lol. Added battle ropes into the mix. I had no idea how to do them. I'll learn. Then ball slams. Who knew picking up a ball and slamming it into the ground would be so hard. This was by far the funniest I have had doing cardio in a long time.
