Kaaras’ fire magic is less controlled than the other magics he can use. It is more explosive in nature and something he definitely doesn’t cast when he is aiming for precision. He will likely use fire magic via his staff as it makes for better aim and casting compared to summoning through his hands. In the past, Kaaras has caused accidents with his fire magic (particularly when he was a young boy), which is why he only uses it when deemed necessary.

For small, controlled uses, Kaaras is able to cast simple campfires, light and extinguish candles and lanterns.
