What if the Gate Guardian is the apparent final form of SCP-999 aka ‘The Tickle Monster’
Idk how to explain this and I’m tired asf. Piece ur together yourself until I remember that this post exists and write down my thoughts.
I mean it’s commonly thought that once SCP-999 finally beats the Scarlet King, they take on the role of Earth’s protector, or guardian. And since the Gate Guardian is protrayed as the catalyst of the SCP foundation’s creation (in it’s proposal at least) then wouldn’t it kinda make sense for a being that lived within the foundation it’s entire life to, once fully grown and having become a creature that exists outside of time, want to have that foundation in every world? Or like… the next universe or smth.
It makes sense in my mind at least.
