Every where go to eat gives you plenty of choices. It's easy especially after a workout to cheat a bit, but the gains are made at the table. If you want to go from #FatToFit, then you have to watch other people eat the patty melts, pancakes and cream of chicken rice soup. In a side note, if you don't know what real cream of chick rice soup taste like, then you're missing out. I almost got a cup of soup, but I remembered people are counting on me to win.
