“Here’s where we leave you;” Boss said, motioning forward the speedies who now made up the balance of their squad, “wait for the all-clear before you advance.”

Beneath the overhanging boughs, dappled shadows played across Fixer’s majority-green-painted katarn; he looked like just another part of the forest foliage, unlike Boss with his bright orange hardly hiding any of the even brighter white base color. Boss chose to be visible by necessity, but he also sacrificed stealth to be the one the squad looked up to. At least they still got to pick their paint under this new command; at least he could keep Fixer safe from scrutiny, this time.

“Yes, Boss,” Fixer responded obediently enough, though he didn’t sound particularly happy about losing eyes-on his sergeant.

The new Mandos in the S3 mid-season trailer have the exact same owl patterning, which as far as I’m concerned almost definitely confirms that they are in fact Nite Owls, or some new sect with Imperial loyalties.

Further confirmation? Look at Sabine’s (currently nameless) Mother’s helmet, her armour, everything. She is Rook Kast. Rook Kast has been confirmed by Filoni as having been present when Maul killed Vizla, then appeared in the Son of Dathomir comic with Gar Saxon working with Maul.

#StarWarsRebels Imperial Commandos. Wow. Most of what I said has come into fruition...

Like having worked with the “Mandalorian Death Watch” since the first airing of Star Wars: The Clone Wars Shadow Conspiracy Arcs. ... To the point of Dave Filoni to comment to us in 2012 about how it’s going to go down. To how a few people at LFL were too excited to tell us about Sabine Wren. I was nice to them and told them not to tell me until the show airs...Great show! I love it. But it’s AAY’HAN because of all the hate we got when be told fans to be aware. We know how these stories are built. I wasn’t extraordinarily surprised. I was entertained and will be re-watching the episode to see if there’s anything I missed. Don’t believe me?
