Genderkinesis is the ability to move or manipulate one's gender. This term is similar to imperigender, but non-exclusive, and not just influence over one's current gender.

The term was coined by IRL friends of Tumblr user @lgbtqiarchive.

The flag was designed by Wikia FANDOM user Lovely.little.ArSoN.

Horragender: You experience gender changes on a predictable schedule.

Hypergender: Experiencing a gender with more intensity than is common for your identity, e.g. hyperboy, hypergirl, hyper(gender) etc.

Ilyagender: Having a tangible¹ presence of gender, one which is not man, woman, neutral, or agender in any way, nor between or a combination or derivation. related: aliagender, aporagender, maverique. ¹tangible; extant; positive

Imnigender: A gender defined by anxiety. Not “your gender makes you anxious” so much as “anxiety is your gender”. Note: only to be used by people with anxiety disorders. See also: Anxiegender, Genderanxious, Kynigender.

Imperigender: A fluid gender that can be controlled by its owner.

Impesgender: A gender that flips quickly and impulsively, often too quickly to be traced.

Is there a gender that's like genderfluid but like you don't know when the gender shifts?

I think most genderfluid people don’t know when their gender shifts, which is why there are more labels for people who know when their gender will shift, not the opposite:

Horragender: “You experience gender changes on a predictable schedule.”

Imperigender: “A fluid gender that can be controlled by its owner.”

Selenogender/Lunagender/Monagender/Monegender: “A gender experience of fluidity in which the perception of your gender, or even the foundation of the gender itself, shifts in a consistent way in many ways over a period of days, weeks, months, or even years. Like the phases of the moon, this gender experiences similarly phases over time, in a same or similar order, consistently.”“A gender that one experiences in a sort of cycle, or in regular phases; a gender that can be best described as dictated by the cycles of the moon. can be modified, like lunagirl or monaboy or selenononbinary, etc.“

I could suggest terms if what you mean is something like “the gender changes too quickly to be pinned down” (e.g.: impesgender) or “the gender slowly transitions so it’s blurred and I can’t tell if it’s one gender or another” (eg. aquarigender, equinogender or sinegender), but if you mean just “a fluid gender that may change any time, you never know when”, I think you will need to coin a new term!
