What terms are there for a gender that isn't guy or girl but is still a distinct gender and not genderless?
Quite a few!
Aporagender: “A gender separate from man/boy, woman/girl, and anything in between while still having a gendered feeling.”
Ilyagender: “Having a tangible¹ presence of gender, one which is not man, woman, neutral, or agender in any way, nor between or a combination or derivation. related: aliagender, aporagender, maverique.¹tangible; extant; positive”
Maverique: “Maverique is a gender characterized by autonomy and inner conviction** regarding a sense of self that is entirely independent of male/masculinity, female/femininity or anything which derives from the two while still being neither without gender nor of a neutral gender. In other words, maveriques are not:-male/masculine, female/feminine or anything related to these two genders-without a gender-apathetic about gender-gender neutralMaveriques share:-a sense of gender that is independent of all else (autonomous)— as if in a category all of its own without outside influence.-a distinct and firm sense of gender (conviction).“
Other labels that might be useful:
Comgender: “To experience gender, polar opposite of agender. A gender label to use if you do not wish to narrow your gender down any further than simply having gender.”
Egogender or Charagender: “A gender identity that feels unique to the person who is experiencing it, based on their own identity as a person. Can be defined as being “me-gender,” a gender identity that is intensely personal and belongs solely to that person.”
Genogender: “Where you identify specifically as gender, and therefore do not categorize yourself within the same bounds as others.“
Macrogender: “Large feelings of gender that are not identifiable within social gender categories.“
Nymhs: “A gender which exists but is ambiguous or undefined. To reduce ‘othering’ and increase accessibility to children in particular, this gender can be referred to using both the adjective form 'nymhs’ (e.g. 'I identify as nymhs’ or 'a nymhs individual’) and the noun form of 'nymh’ (e.g. 'I’m a nymh’) in the same way one may say either 'I identify as female’ or 'I am a girl’.”
Saggitariusgender: “A very unique and independent identity that refuses to be anywhere near the binary spectrum.”Stargender: “An otherworldly gender that is beyond comprehension in earthly terms, as if it originated from beyond the earth. OR a gender that cannot be defined no matter how many other terms are coined OR simply the gender of a star. “
There are also other labels that are related specifically to things, such as genders relating to colors, space, cardinal directions, plants, emotions and so on.

Millegender
Millegender: Coming from the latin mille for many. It means you are many genders, but all within your race/neurotype/etc. (Meant as an alternative to Pangender, because many people believe that it's meant to be 'every single gender ever' when it's not and most people don't use it as such).
