This Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Glazed Chicken is a mouthwatering combination of savory bacon, sweet brown sugar glaze, and tender chicken breasts. It's an easy yet impressive dish perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 8 slices of bacon. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, and then use the brown sugar mixture to cover them all over. Use toothpicks to hold each chicken breast together after wrapping it in two slices of bacon. Put the chicken wrapped in bacon on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. In a hot oven, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's fully cooked and the bacon is golden brown. Halfway through the cooking time, baste the chicken with the pan juices. When it's done, take out the toothpicks and serve hot.
